Choose 12 kinds of fresh fruit:
Lemon juice (only for apples or bananas)
Prepare fruit into bite size pieces by washing, cutting, removing peel, and discarding seeds.
If using apples or bananas, place cut up pieces in lemon juice for a few minutes in a separate bowl to prevent browning. Add marinated fruit to bowl with the other fruit and discard the lemon juice.
Stir all together to form a colorful salad. Add a bit of sugar if desired.
