2 – 2 1/2 lbs chicken

12 oz box Farfalle Pasta

1 stick Butter for sauce and some for grilling

8 oz Cream Cheese

1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese


Cut chicken breasts in half to create thinner breasts to grill. Grill with butter, salt and pepper. Cut into thin strips.

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Toss with a little oil or butter to prevent sticking.

To make alfredo sauce, in small saucepan melt 1 stick butter and cream cheese over low medium heat stirring constantly. Once melted and smoothly blended, add parmesan cheese and heat through. Salt and pepper to taste.
