1 cup oats
2 cans black beans, drained
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 t salt
1 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup oil
4 t vanilla
1 t baking powder
1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 11 baking dish with cooking spray. In a blender, blend oats into oat flour. Add all other ingredients EXCEPT chocolate chips and blend till smooth. Pour into baking dish. Evenly spread chocolate chips on top. Bake for 20 -25 minutes. Let cool before cutting.
