Bosco Sticks

Ingredients

Refrigerated Large Pizza Dough

3 cups white flour

8 packages of mozzarella string cheese

Butter

Directions:

Cut eight equal strips of pizza dough six inches long and two inches wide.   Make sure that the dough is no less than ¼ inch thick.  Lay strips out on a counter covered with the 3 cups of sprinkled flour.

Place one string cheese in the center of the strips.

Fold ends over ends to enclose cheese.

Place bread sticks on a cooking tray and let them sit for 30 min covered with a towel.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Coat the bread sticks with a thin layer of melted butter.

Cook breadsticks for 15 to 30 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.

Remove from pan and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
