Haystack Cookies


12 ounces white chocolate discs (not chips)

12 ounces butterscotch chips (found next to the chocolate chips)

1 cups creamy peanut butter (not natural)

12 ounces chow mein noodles

In a medium-size glass bowl, microwave white chocolate discs and butterscotch chips stirring every 30 seconds till smooth and completely blended. Stir in peanut butter till smooth. Add chow mein noodles and stir till well mixed.

Drop onto parchment paper by the spoonfuls. Cool completely.

Make sure you have enough Chow Mein Noodle!
Look at the Ounces.
