Of course, the most loved way to prepare S’mores is by roasting the marshmallows over a campfire. However, here’s a version of making them in the oven so that you can enjoy them year-round.

Set oven to broil.

On a parchment lined baking sheet, lay down graham crackers. Top with a chocolate bar and top with large marshmallows.

Place in oven 5-6 inches below the broiler.

Leave the door open just a few inches so that you can keep an eye on the browning of the marshmallows. Once the marshmallows are browned, remove from the oven and top with another graham cracker. Enjoy!
